Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Mr Olagunju Ojo has expressed deep appreciations to the Executive and Judicial arms of the State Government as well members of the public for their unalloyed support towards the success story of the 8th Oyo State House of Assembly.
Hon. Ojo also felicitated with the people of the state especially the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of the 2019 Eid-el-fitr celebration, which marks the completion of the Ramadan Fast.
In an Eid-el-ftr message, the speaker congratulates Muslims on the successful completion of this month long spiritual journey of fasting, fervent prayers and alms-giving in obedience to the Almighty Allah’s command.
Mr. Ojo, enjoined the people of Oyo State to uphold the good lessons of Ramadan which include virtues of piety, sacrifice, love, self denial and good conduct in their daily relationship with one another.
He further called on Muslims to pray for the State and the new administration of Governor Seyi Makinde, for the Almighty Allah’s infinite mercies and guidance, for the peace, development and progress of the Pace Setter State.
