Some concerned stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State have congratulated Joseph Olasunkanmi Tegbe following his swearing-in as Minister of Power by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

In a congratulatory message issued on Monday, the stakeholders described Tegbe’s appointment and inauguration as a well-deserved recognition of his competence, experience, and commitment to national development.

The group noted that Tegbe’s emergence as Minister of Power reflects President Tinubu’s confidence in his capacity to contribute meaningfully to the administration’s efforts to transform Nigeria’s power sector and strengthen economic growth.

According to the stakeholders, Tegbe has over the years distinguished himself in both the public and private sectors through exemplary leadership, professionalism, and dedication to service, making him well-positioned to deliver on the expectations of his new office.

They expressed confidence that his wealth of experience would be brought to bear in addressing the challenges facing the nation’s electricity sector, while advancing policies aimed at improving power generation, transmission, and distribution across the country.

They also called on residents of Oyo State and Nigerians at large to support Tegbe in his new assignment, expressing optimism that his leadership would bring positive changes to the power sector and enhance electricity supply across the nation.

While wishing him a successful tenure, the stakeholders prayed for wisdom, strength, and divine guidance as he assumes the responsibility of overseeing one of the country’s most critical sectors.
