The names of three cabinet members of the Oyo state government who tested positive for coronavirus have been revealed.
Earlier, Governor Seyi Makinde announced that three members of the State Executive Council tested positive, while two other results were inconclusive.
The governor did not mention their identities.
But on Friday morning, one of them, the Commissioner for Youths and Sports, Seun Fakorede, announced his status. In a series of tweets, he calmed the residents that he will come out victoriously.
The other two are Dr Wasiu Olatubosun and the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Chief Bisi Ilaka.
However, insideoyo.com reliably gathered Ilaka’s result returned negative today.
According to Governor Makinde, the members have proceeded on isolation and receiving medical attention.
