A member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Engr. Khalil Mustapha Repete, has extended warm greetings to Muslims in Ibadan North Local Government Area, across Oyo State, and around the world as they celebrate this year’s Eid-ul-Adha.
In a goodwill message released on Thursday, Repete congratulated the Muslim Ummah for witnessing yet another Eid-ul-Adha, describing the occasion as one of deep spiritual reflection, sacrifice, and unwavering devotion to faith.
“Eid-ul-Adha reminds us of the strong faith and obedience of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham), who exemplified total submission to the will of Almighty Allah. As we remember his remarkable act of faith, let us all pray for strength remain steadfast in our beliefs,” Repete said.
Repete also used the opportunity to pray for peace, unity, and progress, urging Muslims to embody the values of sacrifice, compassion, and obedience which the festival represents.
“May Allah accept our good deeds, forgive our sins, and ease our burdens,” he added.
Engr. Repete, a staunt member of APC in Ibadan North local government and leading aspirant for Ibadan North Federal Constituency Bye election, wished all Muslim faithful a joyful and peaceful celebration.
“Eid Mubarak!” he concluded.
