The Acting Rector for Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora, Mr. Olaniyi Adekunle has felicitated with Igboora Muslim Community, Staff, Students, friends of the institution and Muslims all over the world on the occasion of this years Eid- El- Fitri celebration.
The Acting Rector who spoke on behalf of the Management and Board of Studies of the institution thanked the Almighty Allah for giving Muslims the opportunity to witness this year’s Eid- El-Fitri despite the Covid-19 pandemic that has brought a lot of restrictions to movement, economic, educational, social and religious activities in the country and other countries of the world.
According to a statement signed by the Registrar, Mr. Niyi Fehintola, the Acting Rector enjoined Muslim brothers and sisters to continue to lift up the nation and other nations of the world to God in prayers as they have done during the holy month of Ramadan.
Mr. Adekunle advised Muslim faithfuls to be more closer to God.
He prayed for God’s guidance and protection over all the citizenry, while wishing all Muslims, Barka de Sallah.
