The Aare Alawo Ekun of Ofiki Land, His Royal Highness, Oba Gbenga Adigun Adeoye Oyetunji Oyinlola II JP phf has mourned the demise of the secretary of ATISBO local government area Policy Advisory Committee, Honourable Kola Ogunronbi.
The traditional ruler in a statement made available to newsmen, on Tuesday described his death as a colossal loss to the local government.
He added that death took Ogunronbi away after they both agreed to work together as a committee to develop ATISBO local government area, Oyo state and Nigeria at large.
The monarch who’s also the chairman of the Policy Advisory Committee described the Late Ogunronbi as a kind, intelligent and gentle man.
The statement read: “His death is a colossal loss of a political icon in the local government. Death took him away even after we both agreed to work together as a committee.
“Until his death, Hon kola ogunronbi was a gentle, kind and intelligent politician.
“May his soul rest in perfect peace.”
Recall that the Chairman-elect of ATISBO local government area, Alhaji Bashir Olumuyiwa Alade announced the constitution of Policy Advisory Committee and Transition Committee.
The Policy Advisory Committee will be chaired by His Royal Highness, Oba Gbenga Adigun Adeoye, Aare of Ofiki Land while the Transition Committee will be chaired by Alhaji Ismail Adedeji, a former chairman of ATISBO LGA.
