Former Senate Leader and Oyo State Ambassador for the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Senator Teslim Kolawole Folarin, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Chairman of the Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS), Dr. Zaccheus Adedeji, describing him as a dependable ally and one of the key brains behind Nigeria’s ongoing economic reforms.
In a statement issued to mark the occasion, Senator Folarin described Dr. Adedeji as “a very good and supportive brother,” whose intellect, dedication, and quiet effectiveness have continued to add immense value to public service and national development.
According to Folarin, Dr. Adedeji remains a strong pillar of the success of the administration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, particularly through his contributions to revenue optimisation, fiscal discipline, and the broader Renewed Hope economic agenda.
“Dr. Zaccheus Adedeji stands out as one of the foremost brainboxes driving Nigeria’s economic reforms,” Senator Folarin said. “His clarity of thought, technical depth, and results-oriented leadership at the NRS have strengthened confidence in our public finance system and reinforced the foundations for sustainable growth.”
He commended the NRS Chairman for the strides recorded under his leadership, noting improvements in efficiency, transparency, and institutional performance, which are critical to funding national priorities and reducing overdependence on borrowing.
Senator Folarin wished Dr. Adedeji many more years in good health, wisdom, and continued success, praying that his contributions to Nigeria’s progress would continue to yield lasting impact.
