Chairman of Aquilla group and son of late popular maggician- Professor Moshood Abiola Peller, Shina Peller has been conferred with the chieftaincy title of Aare Gbobaniyi of Iseyinland.
He made the announcement on his social media page, saying that the Aseyin of Iseyin, Oba AbdulGaniyu Salawu has bestowed him with the title.
Peller, 40, who owns one of Nigeria’s most visited night clubs, Quilox, has been around in Oyo State for many weeks, to celebrate the 20th years remembrance of his late father.
Few weeks ago, he brought hip hop artistes like Davido, Sound Sultan and others to the ancient town of Iseyin.
Last Friday, Sheikh Sulaiman Faruq Onikijipa delivered a sermon, at a well-attended event in the town.
Meanwhile, the finals of the Peller Unity Cup has been scheduled for 17th August, 2017 at the NYSC Permanent OrientationCamp, Iseyin, to draw the curtain on the remembrance.
