An estate surveyor and valuer, Seyi Oladeji, popularly known as Mofikununnola and an aspirant for the Ibarapa East Seat in the Oyo State House of Assembly, has been elevated to the rank of Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
Oladeji was inducted into the prestigious cadre of the institution, the highest professional grade, FNIVS during an investiture ceremony held on February 5, 2026, in Abuja.
The fellowship followed what the institution described as a rigorous process involving professional assessments, council interactions and evaluations in recognition of his years of practice and contributions to estate surveying and valuation.
Oladeji is the Head of Practice and Senior Partner at Seyi O. Oladeji Consulting, a Lagos-based firm registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria and the NIESV.
With about two decades of professional experience, he has provided services in real estate valuation, asset management and property consultancy to clients across the public and private sectors.
This publication understands that the elevation reflects his professional competence, leadership record and adherence to ethical standards within the industry.
Beyond his professional career, the assembly aspirant has also been involved in youth empowerment and community development initiatives within Ibarapa East.
He sponsored three constituents to study Estate Management at Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa, with all beneficiaries completing their programmes successfully.
His conferment as Fellow comes amid his political aspiration to represent Ibarapa East in the Oyo State House of Assembly.
Oladeji, a native of the constituency, has canvassed improved infrastructure, economic empowerment, transparent governance and sustainable land use policies as part of his legislative agenda.
