No fewer than 10 students from public secondary schools across Oyo State have been selected as beneficiaries of this year’s edition of the Karim Adeyemi Foundation’s E-Learning Scholarship Programme to support students preparing for WAEC, NECO and JAMB examinations.
This is part of the Karim Adeyemi Foundation’s continued commitment to academic excellence and shaping the future of students across the 33 local government areas of Oyo State.
The e-learning programme, which will be anchored by E-Tutors Nigeria Limited, is expected to equip the students with the necessary knowledge and skills needed to excel in their WAEC, NECO and JAMB examinations.
The event, which was held on Thursday, October 23, 2026, in Ibadan, had in attendance partners, parents, guardians and beneficiaries.
The President of the Karim Adeyemi Foundation, Mr. Abiodun Adeyemi, while speaking, encouraged the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the opportunity.
Mr. Adeyemi added that the beneficiaries should do more for themselves, noting that the foundation had given them a platform to rise and excel.
He urged them to think of what they could do for themselves, saying, ‘It all depends on you.’

While speaking, Adeniyi Ajayi, the Chief Executive Officer of E-Tutors Nigeria, said E-Tutors is the first online platform in Nigeria to provide live interactive learning, allowing students to choose tutors, review profiles, and replay recorded sessions for revision.
He added that the tutorial will focus on three subjects identified as difficult by students, namely Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
He congratulated the beneficiaries while assuring them of scholarships in any government-owned institution if they perform excellently in their examinations.

Also speaking, Mr. Owoola Akeem, one of the parents of the beneficiaries, appreciated the Karim Adeyemi Foundation for the initiative.
Owoola, who noted that his daughter was part of the beneficiaries of the previous edition, said the exercise was hitch-free.
He added that with the e-learning platform, his daughter was able to pass her WAEC and NECO examinations and is now eligible to gain admission into any university of her choice.
He urged parents and guardians to ensure their children attend the classes and follow the instructions of the tutors.
Some of the beneficiaries include Oluranti Enoch from Onitabo High School, Lanlate; Abiola Tunmise from Awotan Araromi Community High School, Apete; Bakare Saidat Ololade from Community Senior Grammar School, Gberigbe; Oluwole Marvelous from Baptist Secondary School, Ago-Aare; Ogundepo Mohammed from Ibadan Grammar School, Molete; and Ayoola Kehinde from Queens School, Ibadan.
