“If you are in any way experiencing envy, jealousy or hatred within your circle as a young person that has a lot to achieve in life, please don’t do drugs or any substance that could give you temporary relief because that is the quickest way your offender will get you down.
“The first thing to do is to step aside and move on. Yes, move on with your life and be happy. They don’t want you to be happy.
“Second step, don’t allow yourself to be isolated. Be among good people, fresh ideas and learn new productive skills.
“Third step, engage in sporting activities. This will help your physical and mental health. Read books; reading is the most wonderful thing for all ages. It will expose you in so many ways and improve your use of words and communication skills.
“Fourth Step, If not your wife or husband that the pressure may be coming from, he or she will be there for you.
“Fifth step, your parents, particularly your mother. Your mum gets your back always and most times clouded by emotions which also could affect you if not regulated properly.
“Your Daddy is the best guide for you with little or no sentiments in their judgement towards you. Even though they’re different kinds of fathers these days.
“Lastly, be Godly not religious. Respect people’s feelings, be kind and compassionate to those good to you. Love and be ready to be loved.
“We all should pay attention to our environment and see how we can protect the next Mohbad next to us. Happy weekend.”
