Team Oyo came 9th position with 16 gold medals at the just concluded 19th edition of the National Sports Festival which ended on Sunday in Abuja.
Athletes from Oyo state have 16 gold, 35 silver and 44 bronze medals.

Team Delta finished first overall. The state earned a total of 351 medals, including 163 gold, 87 silver and 101 bronze.
Rivers state amassed 69 gold, 58 silver and 66 bronze medals to finish second on the NSF log.

Edo, Lagos, Bayelsa and Akwa Ibom states came third, fourth, fifth and sixth respectively.
Abuja finished seventh on the medals table with 21 gold, 9 silver and 24 bronze.
