Oyo state Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde, has formally notified the House of Assembly of the conclusion of his vacation and resumption of duty.
This was contained in a letter sent to the assembly by the governor.

“in line with the provision of Section 190(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999, the letter was meant to officially inform the House of the conclusion of his vacation and his resumption of duty,” Newspeak quoted a letter to the effect.
Recall that the Assembly granted the request of Makinde to proceed on vacation between 11 of August 11, 2022 and September 2, 2022.
