The Chairman of Oyo State Housing Corporation, Barr. Bayo Lawal has assured staff of the corporation of their career development under his leadership.
Barr. Lawal gave the assurance in Ibadan while declaring open a two day training workshop organized for middle level officers of the corporation.
The Chairman who noted that a motivated workforce would ensure the realization of the objectives of a given organization, maintained that he would continue to boost the morale of the workers for maximum productivity.
He said apart from prompt payment of salaries and pensions, other incentives that would enhance efficiency such as constant training both at home and abroad would be enjoyed by the corporation’s workers.
While observing that the training was the third since his assumption of duties as the Chairman of the corporation, Barr Lawal urged the staff to reciprocate the gesture by being diligent in their work.
The two day training workshop with the theme: Repositioning for optimal performance in the housing delivery sector is put together by the Oyo State Housing Corporation and Prestel Consult.
