Popular Ibadan-born radio presenter, Mr. Akeem Kareem has emerged chairman of the Oyo State chapter of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH, alumni association.
The triennial election of the association, which took place at Davies Hotel, Bodija, Ibadan on Saturday, by the immediate past chairman, Mr. Tayo Fapohunda, was monitored by Dr Adeyemo, the national Secretary and Hajia Saadat, the national social secretary.
After the election which was conducted by a 3-man electoral committee led by Abiodun Ajayi, Ogundepo Segun, secretary and Oladayo Oladosu, member, the following alumni were announced as winners.
Akeem Kareem, chhairman; Owoeye Ifedayo, vice chairman; Oyewo Jerry, general secretary; Ogundepo Seun, assistant general secretary; Adelodun Adedoyin, public relations officer; Eyitayo Mayowa, financial secretary; Adeniyi Motunrayo, auditor and Anuoluwa Makinde, social secretary.
They were immediately inaugurated for 3 year single term.
