A member of the House of Representatives, Honourable Segun Odebunmi ‘Bunvic’ has lost his reelection bid to represent Ogooluwa/Surulere Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Abuja

Bunvic lost the election to the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, candidate, Ojo Sunday Makanjuola in the National Assembly Election held on Saturday.

Announcing the result on Sunday, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Returning Officer said the PDP candidate polled 13, 875 votes to defeat the APC candidate who scored 10,377.

Insideoyo.com reports that Bunvic, a three-term lawmaker is also the chairman of the House Committee on Information and Orientation.
