The lawmaker representing Oyo North senatorial district in The Senate, Dr. Abdulfatai Buhari, will deliver this year’s independence lecture of the Federation of Oyo State Students’ Union, FOSSU.
Billed for October 2nd, 2017 at the Assembly Hall of The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Buhari, who is the chairman Senate Committee on ICT and Cybercrime will deliver a paper on #NotTooYoungtoRule; a trending issue in Nigeria politics.
According to a release made available to insideoyo.com, Buhari, who is also former member of the House of Representatives, will also speak on the prospect, challenges and way forward towards working a better political culture and economy for the country.
Deputy speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Barr. Wasiu Musah would chair the event, while the duo of Prof. Joseph Olowofela, Oyo State Commissioner for Education Science and Technology and Rector of The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Prof. Olatunde Fawole are chief host and host respectively.
