Governor Abiola Ajimobi will serve as Oyo state coordinator of the All Progressives Congress (APC) campaign team for the re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019.
The presidency stated this in a statement released by Femi Adesina, Buhari’s media aide on media and publicity on Friday, in Abuja.
According to the statement, governors are to serve as State Coordinators in their respective states while gubernatorial candidates in non- APC States will serve as state coordinators in their respective states.
On the special advisory team includes Aliko Dangote, Femi Otedola Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, APC National Leader, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Senator Ahmed Lawan (Senate Leader), Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila (Leader of the House of Representatives), and the APC Chairman Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.
