The lawmaker representing Ibadan North East constituency 1 and the Mogaji of Akinajo compound, Oje Ibadan, Hon. Olamide Olagoke Akinajo has congratulated His Royal Majesty, Oba Soliu Akanmu Adetunji Aje-Ogungunniso I on his 4th anniversary on the throne.
In a statement made available to insideoyo.com, the newly installed Mogaji Akinajo described Oba Adetunji as an ambassador of peace and epitome of successful leader. He said the Olubadan of Ibadan glorious reign and unwavering support for government policies and programmes have been been a veritable pillar for social justice, peace and progress in the Ibadanland.
The statement read “On behalf of the Akinajo family and people of Ibadan, I heartily congratulate your Imperial Royal Majesty, Oba Saliu Akanmu Olatunji Aje-Ogungunniso 1, on the auspicious occasion of your 4th coronation anniversary. Your strong-footed backing for our land reforms has paved way for the flow of endless peace and continuous development.
“I am hopeful that the many more years that God shall grant you to sit on the exalted throne will bring even more progress and advancement to your sprawling Ibadan city.
