The Former Chief of Staff to Governor Seyi Makinde has eulogized the elder statesman calling him a leading light of Nigeria’s Democracy.
In the press release made available by his aide on Digital communication, Owolabi kehinde, Chief Luqman Oyebisi Ilaka wished Sen. Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja a happy birthday.
