Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State on Thursday hosted the Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu at the Governor’s Office, in Ibadan, the state capital
Speaking on the purpose of the visit, Tinubu said he was in Oyo state to campaign and solicit the support of the Governor and the people of the state ahead of the February 25th election.

Responding, Makinde said the people of the state would vote for unity of the country, equity, justice and fairness over politics.
He therefore urged Tinubu to carry on with his campaign.
On the entourage of Tinubu were Chief Bisi Akande, Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State, Rt Hon Femi Gbajabiamila, Former Governor Kayode Fayemi, Former Governor Gboyega Oyetola, and others.
