The governor of Ekiti state, Dr Kayode Fayemi on Saturday paid a courtesy visit to the former governor of Oyo state, Otunba Adebayo Alao Akala at his residence.
Fayemi in a video obtained by insideoyo.com said Akala has been a good brother to him. And he has enjoined good working relationship with him.
He said he is happy that the differences that made Akala left the party has been resolved.
“He is back home,” he said.
Fayemi also noted that his visit was to perfect the plan of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to win this Saturday’s election in the state .
On Friday, Adebayo Alao-Akala, a former Governor of Oyo State, stepped down from the race to become the Governor of Oyo State and endorsed Adebayo Adelabu, the flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC). His decision came days after the former Governor met with Bola Tinubu, National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Akala has however noted that ADP state assembly candidate will contest against other parties across the 33 local government areas.
