Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde on Wednesday made his first address as the 8th civilian governor. at the Obafemi Awolowo Stadium, Ibadan
In the presence of dignitaries and well wishes at the 40,000 capacity stadium, Makinde proposed staggered salary increment instead of the outright payment of the N30, 000 approved national minimum wage for workers in the state.
