The Chairman of Saki West Local Government, Engr. Sarafadeen Omirinde has congratulated a Former Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Amb. Taofeeq Oladejo Arapaja over his emergence as the Deputy National Chairman (South) of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
Omirinde in a release on Sunday said the victory was achieved because of the exceptional roles played by Governor Seyi Makinde, Sen. Hosea Ayoola popularly known as Halleluyah and others PDP stakeholders.
He added that the roles were played in a bid to ensure the party regains strength towards rescuing Nigeria and reclaiming power in 2023.
Omirinde while congratulating the PDP family in the state specifically appreciated the good people of Saki West LG for their supports.
He further noted that the victory is for all and a landmark success for the PDP family.
He said: “Gov Seyi Makinde has given us sense of belonging in ensuring PDP southwest restore her lost glory in having a rightous representativ.
“Ambassador Taofeeq Arapaja is a Leader by example. We believe he will work closely with other national executives to return PDP to power and achieve a new working party structure that would ignite new leadership that will rescue Nigeria and bestow new hope and explicit transformations.
“The victory is not for the southwest alone but Nigeria as a whole. During the regime of Amb. Taofeeq Oladejo Arapaja as the newly elected PDP National Deputy Chairman, PDP will return to power come 2023”
