The lawmaker representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Folajimi Oyekunle (popularly known as DoN), has extended warm Easter greetings to Christians across Ibadan North, Nigeria, and the global community, urging them to embrace the values of faith, unity, and love.
In his Easter message, Oyekunle described the season as a reminder of the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus Christ, His resurrection, and the triumph of light over darkness. He noted that Easter presents an opportunity for reflection and renewal of hope amid prevailing challenges
“Easter reminds us of the ultimate sacrifice of Christ, His resurrection, and the triumph of light over darkness. It is a season that calls for renewed faith, unity, love, and unwavering hope for a better tomorrow,” he said.
The federal lawmaker encouraged residents of his constituency to draw inspiration from the message of Easter by living selflessly and strengthening communal bonds for collective development.
