Honorable Olumide Abiodun OJerinde, member representing Irepo, Olorunsogo and Oorelope Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives, has distributed 600 bags of fertilisers to his constituents.
Presenting the items yesterday at the Bayo Ojerinde memorial Hall, Igboho, Honorable Olumide Ojerinde who was ably represented by Honorable Alex AJila said the distribution of fertilizer to farmers is part of his contributions towards boosting farming activities, ensuring bumper harvest and improving food security in the state. He promised more infrastructures and dividends to the constituets.
While speaking during the distribution of the fertilizer, the Nigerian Stored Products Research Institute (NSPRI) Ibadan chapter representatives Mr Ogungbemi eugolised Honorable Olumide Abiodun OJerinde for putting the people first, noting that many Honorable won’t remember their people again after having their mandate, he further urge the recipient to make proper use of the fertiliser.
Also speaking the chairman of Accord Party in Oorelope local government mallam Nasiru commended Honorable Olumide Abiodun ojerinde for his working talking attitude.
While releasing the fertiliser to the chairman All Farmers Association of Nigeria (AFAN) Mr Ibrahim Jimoh Adesola, Mr Jimoh Tiamiyu, Pa Idowu Samuel Adedeji of Olorunsogo, Irepo, Oorelope respectively.
Among dignitaries present during the distribution includes Accord Party chairman in Oorelope Mallam Nasiru, Deacon Alaba, Pa Sunday Owoade, Prof Dibu Ojerinde, Mr Sule ibirogba, representive from the federal government, Accord party from Irepo and Olorunsogo respectively, Muslim community, Christian Association of Nigeria Oorelope chapter, traditional worshippers, accord party youth leader, party faithful, artisan among others.
