The lying-in-state ceremony in honour of Late Former Governor Adebayo Alao Akala is presently ongoing at the House of Chiefs, Secretariat, Agodi, Ibadan.
At the event, Oyo State governor, ‘Seyi Makinde, is able represented by his Deputy, Engr. Rauf Olaniyan.
