Seyi Makinde has submitted his expression of interest and nomination form to contest for the 2019 governorship election under the Peoples Democratic Party.
Makinde submitted the form at the PDP National Secretariat, Abuja, on Wednesday ahead of the state chapter’s primaries.

Last week, insideoyo.com reported that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship aspirant in Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde obtained expression of interest and governorship nomination form from the PDP National Headquarters, Wadata Plaza Abuja to signify his readiness to contest the 2019 gubernatorial election.
Seyi Makinde paid 6 million naira for the form, insideoyo.com gathered. N1million as Expression of Interest form and N5million for the Nomination form as stipulated by the party’s National Working Committee.
