The Oyo state governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi today met with the leadership of the All Progressives Congress, APC in the state ahead of the 2019 General Elections.
At the meeting which held at the party secretariat, Oke-Ado, Ibadan, insideOYO.com gathered that it was aimed at bringing the aggrieved members of party back.
Recall that InsideOYO.com earlier reported that the unity forum, a breakaway faction of the party joined African Democratic Congress. Since then, the Oyo APC has been preaching peace and reconciliation to the aggrieved members.
Present at the meeting were the Deputy Governor, Chief Moses Alake Adeyemo; Former Governor Adebayo Alao-Ajala, House of Representatives members loyal to the governor which included Hon. Akeem Adeyemi, Hon. Olusegun Odebunmi, members of the state executive council and other leaders of the party in the state.
