The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Uche Secondus, on Friday officially handed over party flags to Oyo gubernatorial candidate, Seyi Makinde.
The other Southwest gubernatorial candidates include, Lagos state, Jimi Agbaje, represented by his running mate, Ogun State, Hon. Ladi Adebutu.
The party wax unable to handover the party flags at the Southwest rally on Thursday.
