The Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Oyo state has condemned the trader money scheme by the Buhari-led Federal government.
The gubernatorial candidate of SDP, Barrister Bolaji Ayorinde while addressing the press yesterday at Igangan town after the flag off of the party promised that his party has a better plan for artisans and traders in Oyo state.
“Ten thousand naira cannot do anything for traders.
“We will set up cooperative structures that can actually solve the problems of traders.
“The structure has been tested and trusted all over the world.” He said.
The Senior Advocate of Nigeria bewailed that education in the state is nothing to write home about.
He said “twenty percent of the budget will be on education.
“We will have three commissioners for education. One for primary school education, another for secondary school education and the third for tertiary education.
Ayorinde however admonished the people of the state to solidarise to stand against vote selling and buying.
“Hold your PVC and sell it to no one.
“Do not sell your votes and your future.
“We will not permit vote rigging.” He advised.
