A governorship hopeful in Oyo State, Olaoluwa Peter Abidemi, on Tuesday donated a set of drums to the department of Theatre Arts, Federal College of Education, Special Oyo.
Presenting the drum on behalf of Olaoluwa Peter Abidemi, a close aide, Rev. Joseph Ademola Dopamu stated that the drums were part of Olaoluwa’s contributions to the development of the Theatre Art dept and the college as a whole.
He charged the Students in the department to make judicious use of the drums and pay adequate attention to their educational advancement for the good of their future.
Olaoluwa assured them of continued support in the future and solicit for their support as political activities begin soon in the state.
The drums were later presented to the Theatre Arts Old Students Association, 2003 set, who facilitated the donation for onward presentation to the department.
