The Oyo state Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon Olusegun Olayiwola has felicitated with the Oyo state Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde on the occasion of his 56th birthday.
The Commissioner in a congratulatory message, on Monday, extended his heartfelt wishes to the Governor.
