The Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin on Wednesday announced the date of the screening for the 3 new commissioner nominees in the state.
Ogundoyin while reading message from the executive during today’s plenary announced tomorrow, Thursday August 22 as date for the screening.
The screening will hold at the Chamber of the House in Ibadan, the state capital.
Recall that insideoyo.com had earlier reported that the new commissioner nominees are Prof. Raphael Afonja, Alhaja Fausat Ajoke Sanni and a 27-year-old Fakorede Oluwaseun Temidayo.
Ogundoyin said the names were contained in two letters forwarded to the House of Assembly by Governor Makinde; adding that the Commissioner nominees will be screened by 10:00a.m on Thursday, August 22, 2019.
Similarly, for the first time, the State Assembly read two bills which were Oyo State Appropriation Re-alignment Bill 2019 and Oyo State Finance Re-alignment Bill 2019.
