The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde has promised to appoint an under 30 as Commissioner of Youth and Sports in the state if elected.
He gave the assurance while speaking at an interaction session with youths from across Oyo State organised in his honour by the state wing of PDP at Jogor Event Centre in Ibadan.

“I want to assure you that anything that has to do with youth, in fact, our Commissioner for Youth and sports, will be somebody below the age of 30. This will also reflect in the appointment of Special Adviser on youth as well.” he said.
