The Oyo state chapter of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, has called on its prospective candidates into various elective posts in the forthcoming general elections to submit their forms.
In a release in Ibadan on Wednesday by Dr Ahmed Ayinla and Alhaji Wasiu Emiola, the party state Chairman and Secretary respectively, stated that entry for the return of the forms by aspirants closes by tomorrow, Thursday at 6pm.
The development is believed to be a gear towards a timely processing and documentation of details of all intending standard bearers of the party for the coming polls.
Aspirants are advised to submit their well filled in forms with appropriate and corresponding documents to the state executive officers at the point of purchase.
The release therefore urged party hopefuls to strictly comply with the set deadline date so as to avoid sanctions by the Independent Electoral Commission, INEC on the nomination and subsequent exercises for a political party to stand for the next general elections.
