Ona Ara Development Forum (ODF) has congratulated Governor Seyi Makinde over his victory at the March 18 Governorship Election in Oyo state.
The Forum, in a statement on Tuesday, by its President, Alhaji Kola Bolomope, wished the Governor a successful tenure.
While pledging their prayer and support, the group said the Governor’s achievement earned him a second term in office.
The statement read: “Our own Engr. Seyi Makinde, you have done it again. CONGRATULATIONS. The news of your victory at the march, 18, Governorship election, gladdened the hearts of all Ona Ara indigenes, young and old, within and outside Nigeria.
“As one of us, we are happy and proud of your achievements as the Governor of Oyo State, which has earned you a second term in office.
“We are confident that with your passion for the development of Oyo State which had earned you a second term with a landslide victory, the Executive Committee of the Ona Ara Development Forum, ( ODF), hereby pledge our prayer support for a successful tenure of your second term in office.
“We pray that almighty God will continue to strengthen you and equip you with the wisdom of Solomon, the courage of David and good health to meet the challenges of your office.”
