Senator Olufemi Lanlehin (SOLAN), Oyo State ADC governorship candidate, has mourned the death of astute football administrator, coach and renowned footballer, Chief Taiwo Ogunjobi, describing his death as a colossal loss.

Lanlehin sympathised with the late football guru’s family, friends, associates, and the entire football community, over this sad and painful loss.
Recall that Chief Ogunjobi breathed his last on Monday, 11 February, 2019, at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, aged 68.
Lanlehin believes Ogunjobi’s death at this time is even saddening, particularly as Shooting Stars, his favourite club, and Nigerian football, needs him the most now.
Lanlehin wishes all that the late former Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) Secretary General, Executive Committee Member, and current Chairman, Osun State Football Association left behind, to take solace in the fact that he led a good life, whose imprints in the entire football gamut remains indelible.
The Oyo State ADC governorship candidate therefore pledges to ensure Shooting Stars, a club late Ogunjobi captained, and holds dearly, is given a pride of place, once he assumes the reins of power as Governor come 29 May, 2019.
That, Lanlehin believes, is the best immortalization of the departed football czar.
