Oyo State governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde has forwarded names of commissioners to the State House of Assembly for approval.
According to a report by Nigerian Tribune, the list has been directly handed over to the Speaker of the House of Assembly, Honourable Adebo Ogundoyin.

The report also stated that the list contains the names of 14 commissioner nominees, including a female.
An insider, however, told InsideOyo.com on Wednesday night that the list is yet to reach the Assembly.

“He (Makinde) may have forwarded it but we are yet to see received the list.”
The source also confirmed report that the House is not certain the read the names of the nominees on Thursday, the last plenary day for the week.
“The list comprises a female and 13 males among which is the director-general of the Seyi Makinde Campaign organisation, Chief Bayo Lawal,” the report states.
