Member representing Iseyin/Kajola/Iwajowa/Itesiwaju Federal Constituency, Hon. Najeemdeen Oyesina Oyedeji, popularly known as O’Shine, has commended Barrister Ahmed Raji SAN, for his efforts in delivering a state-of-the-art Iseyin Central Mosque.
O’shine lauded the Learned Silk, who is also the President, Oke-Ogun Development Consultative Forum, for his immeasurable love for Iseyin and Oke Ogun, as shown in his innumerable philanthropic efforts across the zone.
According to the federal lawmaker, the reconstruction and remodeling of the historic Iseyin Central Mosque are heartwarming and remarkable developments that attest to Raji’s love for Allah and his people.
He added that the Learned Silk expended hundreds of millions on the project as part of his love for Allah and the people, having also built a world-class mosque about a year earlier in Iseyin.
The lawmaker also congratulated the Muslim Ummah in Iseyinland and environs, urging them to continue to pray for and support Alhaji Raji, SAN.
The statement read: “I celebrate our big brother and lover of Iseyin, Oke Ogun and Oyo State, Alhaji Ahmed Adeniyi Raji, SAN, on the delivery of the remodeled and reconstructed Iseyin Central Mosque.
“Iseyin and its mosque are historic; and this effort to beautify the mosque and give Iseyin Muslims a more befitting place to worship Allah is, without a doubt, heartwarming and exemplary.
“We thank God for Alhaji Raji, SAN and all the good works he has continued to do across the length and breadth of Oke Ogun.
“As a philanthropist and community leader, the Learned Silk has been doing great jobs touching lives and making positive impact on residents of the area and I can only pray to God to give him the strength and resources to do more.”
