A member of the People Democratic Party member in Oyo state, Mogaji Ambassador Abdulsabur Abiola Olawore, on Wednesday, joined PDP leaders, stakeholders, and members to commission a new party office in Ibadan North local government.
The new party office, which is located at Yemetu, Ibadan, was declared open and available to use by the state party secretary, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke.
Olawore who was present at the commissioning expressed his happiness to be at the occasion and commended the Ibadan North local government PDP party leaders and members for their
spirit of unity, and collective purpose.
The Ibadan-born PDP new entrant, Olawore, while speaking with the press after the commissioning, said the governor Seyi Makinde led Oyo PDP has become a solid rock for opposition to crack.
His words: “I am delighted to be among the dedicated PDP members for the commissioning of the new party office in Ibadan North local government. It is a great achievement for the party leaders and members and it is highly commendable.”
Olawore also commended Governor Seyi Makinde’s political leadership. He said the governor has made PDP the only strong political party in Oyo state that has built bridges across the state with strong followership
“It is a clear message to all that PDP remains a very formidable force in the state and its unity is not in question for victory in coming general elections, all thanks to the leadership style of our leader, Seyi Makinde,” he said.
Olawore who is now a full member of People’s Democratic Party in Ibadan local North local government in his gesture donated money for the development of the party in the local government.

Akeem Ayoade, Leader of the House Hon. Taiwo Adebola, Chief of Staff Hamdy Mustapha, Oyo State PDP Youth Leader and Acting Publicity Secretary Hon. Michael Ogunsina, Chairman of Oyo State Housing Corporation Hon. Demola Omotoso, Hon. Kazim Adeniyi Adeyinka Bibire, Hon. Lanre Sarumi, Hon.
