Prof. Adeniyi Olowofela, the immediate past Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, and a Federal House Of Representatives Candidate for Ibarapa East Ido Federal Constituency under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has secured an appointment with the Federal government.
Prof. Olowofela is one of the 37 nominees to serve as member of the Federal Character Commission (FCC).
Other members are Henry Ogbulogo, Salihu Bello, Obonganwan Ebong, Ibeabuchi Uche, Mohammed Tijjani, Tonye Okio, Silas Macikpah, Abba Monguno and Nsor Atamgba.
it also includes Alims Agoda, Tobias Chukwuemeka, Imuetinyan Festus, Sesan Fatoba, Ginika Florence Tor, Hamza Mohammed, Diogu Uche, Lawan Roni and Hadiza Muazu.
Also appointed are Muhammad Na‘iya, Lawal Garba, Abubakar Bunu, Idris Bello, Daniel Kolo, Are Bolaji, Nasir Kwarra, Maj. Gen. Suleiman Said (Rtd) and Abiodun Akinlade.
Muheeda Dankaka will serve as the Chairman of the Federal Character Commission, President Buhari said in a letter sent to the National Assembly.
