About 1000 residents of Saki town benefited from the food items distribution by Bonuola Vanguard, on Saturday, in Saki West Local government area of Oyo state.
Bonuola Vanguard is a group founded in memory of Late Senator Robert Bonuola Koleosho whose members cut across Saki, Oke Ogun and Oyo state at large.
The distribution was for both Muslims and Christians. Widows, Aged ones, People Living With Disability, Youths and others were the beneficiaries of the gesture.
While speaking, the founder of the group, Hon Adekunle Koleosho, said the gesture wasn’t the first one adding that similar thing was done during COVID-19 pandemic period.
Koleosho said that the gesture was one of the ways the group touches the life of the people.
He added that the group will continue to help the needies.
