The Chairman of the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State (BCOS) chapter of the Radio, Television, Theatre, and Arts Workers Union (RATTAWU), Comrade Kolapo Carew, has commended government officials for their role in the successful 2024 Hajj pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia.
Comrade Carew, who was part of the pilgrims, praised the officials for their capabilities, strength, and hospitality during the journey.
He specifically thanked Sheik Wahab Atere, Hamiru Hajj, Hon. Muhammed Fadeyi, Alhaji Akeem Azeez, Architect Mogbojubola, Alhaja Faosat Joke Sanni, and Alhaji Aderibigbe for representing Governor Seyi Makinde well at the holy land.
The RATTAWU Chairman noted that the government officials and board members led by Sheik Atere catered to the well-being of the pilgrims, ensuring a successful journey.
He expressed gratitude to Allah for the successful pilgrimage and praised Governor Makinde’s leadership, stating that history will be kind to him for his efforts in making the 2024 Hajj a success.
