The Oyo state election tribunal panel on the National and State House of Assembly will fix date for final judgment after final written addresses by the petition and the defenders.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) is challenging the result of the 2019 Oyo South Senatorial election declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) against former Oyo governor, Abiola Ajimobi.
Justice Anthony Akpovi led tribunal on Monday adopted the final addresses of the APC and three respondents: INEC, Senator Kola Balogun (winner of the election) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The tribunal will communicate date of final ruling to the parties.
