Speaking with newsmen on Saturday, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Olugbenga Daniels Abubakar extended his warmest congratulations to the minister, affirming that the appointment is a testament to the minister’s exceptional dedication and hard work.
He added that it is also a reflection of the trust and confidence that President Bola Tinubu has in the minister’s abilities.
Abubakar described the Minister as a perfect fit for the role assigned as he is sure of the ministers performance following his pedigree and achievement at the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria and the private sector.
While also describing Dangiwa as a true Nigerian with deep experience in public service, he said he is confident that given his track record, Dangiwa will steer the ministry towards greatness.

However, when asked what his request to the minister is, he smiled and said that the minister, who is a role model, a supporter of the Nigerian Project, and a lover of the youth without favouritism towards any region, tribe, religion, or locality, requested that the Minister continue the good jobs and appeal to him to further collaborate with state governments, including Oyo state, for the release of land for the FMBN/NLC/TUC/NECA project, which he (Olugbenga Daniels) has been pushing since the Minister’s day as MD of FBN.
