According to the advert, the school requires a highly experienced and result-oriented administrator with proven boarding school experience.
The statement said the ideal candidate must be computer literate, disciplined, result-driven, and possess strong leadership, communication and administrative skills with good Christian values.
It also stated that the successful candidate must have business sense and be able to help drive enrollment and reduce costs.

Requirements:
– http://B.Ed / http://M.Ed with TRCN certification
– Minimum of 10 years teaching experience, with at least 3 years as Vice Principal or Principal in a standard secondary school
– Must have boarding house management experience
– Must be computer literate
– Must be between 35 – 50 years of age
– Strong leadership and administrative skills
