The Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi recently hosted the Timi of Ede, Oba Munirudeen Lawal in his palace as part of activities marking the just concluded Oranyan festival

Ushering the Timi with dance steps which the visiting monarch reciprocated‎, Alaafin showered encomium on him.

History has it that both Oyo and Ede share the same ‘blood’.
