The community of Saki came alive with the Saki Eid Mirth 4.0, held two days after the Eid-ul-Kabir festival, marking the fourth edition of this annual event.
The celebration, hosted at ADS Comprehensive College, Saki aimed to foster connections among the youths through games and festivities, and it succeeded in bringing together a diverse crowd of elites and local residents for a day filled with joy and excitement.
This year’s event was graced by the lawmaker representing Saki West State Constituency, Hon. Shittu Ibrahim, whose attendance highlighted his ongoing commitment to supporting youth initiatives in the community.
The Lawmaker also commended the organizers for the initiative while revealing some of his programs for the youth in his constituency.
Meanwhile, the Organizing Team Lead, Adebayo Abdulhakeem, thanked the lawmaker for honoring their invitation.
He said his presence showed his dedication to fostering a youth-friendly environment and strengthening community bonds.

Local businesses were also given a platform to showcase their products, contributing to the economic vitality of the community.

A standout aspect of Saki Eid Mirth 4.0 was the planning and execution by the organizing team. Key figures included Ajibade Yakub, the Technical Director, who ensured the seamless running of the event, and Busari Rabiah Eniola, the Project Set-up and Planner, whose strategic planning was pivotal to the event’s success. Afolabi Waliyullah, the Strategic Planner, provided crucial insights that shaped the event’s overall success.
The organizers extended heartfelt thanks to all sponsors and volunteers, whose support was instrumental in making the event a success.
