Saki-born minister of communications, Adebayo Shittu, says he is ready to be mobilised for the National Youth Service Corps scheme if it becomes necessary to do so.
He disclosed this in a one-on-one interview with Edmund Obilo on the state affairs last Tuesday.
Barrister Shittu said he has gone to court to challenge the controversial congresses conducted by the state chapter of the party.
On his NYSC saga, he said, “Ofcourse, I will go. It will be a pleasant thing to go. After serving as governor.”
“Whatever camp I am deployed to go. I will serve in any place if it becomes necessary to do so.
“Court will determine whether serving in the House of Assembly and being a Minister is not superior and replaced serving as a youth corps member.”
He said his case is different from Kemi Adeosun’s forged certificate sage.
“I didnt have any certificate of exemption.”
